Yesterday, day 1, went well! I got to Delaware at 6:30, we (by that I mean Z) loaded up the car, and we got on the road at 7:18. Weather started out good, but sky was looking rather ominous. We stopped at the Texas Roadhouse in Lancaster PA at 8:22. While we were eating there was a huge thunder and lightning and rain storm, but it ended before we came out. Love my luck! Back on the road at 9:17 after a yummy dinner. Plugged in the GPS (named Cookie) and found that we had a 4 1/2 hour drive ahead of us. A few minutes later it was us and the 18 wheelers on the PA T-Pike. Stopped for gas and driver change, Z was tired after a long day at work and I was ready to drive! Was a good thing driving thru Pittsburg, we passed a state trooper and had Z have been driving our pockets might have ended up a little bit lighter. I drove to Cranberry, arrived at 1:30am. Up at 7:00, on the road again this morning at 8:42.
Animal sightings so far: goats, cows, chickens, horses and donkeys
saying for the day: "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail"
